What is made by AI, who owns it, and how we keep it safe.

AI-nime uses AI to help Creators make their Productions. These are the parts that use it:
Our Privacy Policy lists each AI provider and what it receives.
Our Terms of Service say: You own your Productions. As between you and AI-nime, the Productions you make are yours.
The Terms also explain what each plan allows, including commercial use. Read them there; this page does not replace them.
We don't use your work to train AI models.
To make your Productions, parts of your work are sent to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Each one gets only what its step needs. Anthropic's commercial terms say it may not train its models on what we send it. The other providers handle data under their own terms.
Text is checked against our content filter before anything is generated. Pictures and videos you upload are checked before anyone else can see them. Anything the checks flag is held for a moderator.
Until our child-safety provider is connected, the pictures and videos you upload stay private to you.
The Content Guidelines say what can be published, and the Privacy Policy lists the checks.
Work made with AI-nime's tools is labelled AI-assisted for Fans. For uploads, the Creator tells us whether AI helped make the work, and the label follows that answer.
